Finding CPU/MBs with Extended Availability

We have been using the same MB/CPU for 4 years and now need to upgrade
our line. I would like to choose a CPU that has a longer EOL
(end-of-life). Does Intel slate certain CPUs for industrial use with
guaranteed future availability?

Where would one start looking for this?

Yes, Intel slates certain CPU's for Longer life... there are also long life
board manufacturers out there. if you contact me OL, I can point you in the
right direction.
