finding Contacts

After a bad boot sector led to a new drive and the
inability to do a proper transfer of files, how can I
find the contacts and calendar files on my old drive. I
have transfered the inbox and all mail folders and have
searched for pab folders with hidden files turned on but
have no luck finding and importing them. Any
suggestions? Thanks!
