Finding an external update

I have a workbook that when opened, asks if I want to
update it from external worksheet.
It is probably a hangover from a copy and paste. What is
the easy way to find the offending cell(s)so I can delete
any external reference?

One way is to download and use
Bill Manville's excellent "FindLink" utility ..
