Finding a new device

Hello...
Tonight, I have plugged in a 120 GB Hard Drive
into my external USB PORT. How can I add this device to
the list of hard drives on "MY COMPUTER"? Or to my "send
to" window? How can I find the file path?

Open Disk Management snap-in (diskmgmt.msc), partition and format new disk,
and assign the letter(s) to the partition(s).
