Finding a Character or String within a String

Sorry for the newb question but I am trying to figure out what Function to
use when looking for a specific character or string within a String... please
respond if you know! Thanks!

OK, so for some reason even though I spend serious time looking for answers
before I post, I almost always find the answer AFTER I've posted. In this
case, I found the inStr() function. Sorry for the post!
