I am trying to use the find feature. I am searching for
day 1. It returns Day 1 Day 11 Day 12 Day 13 etc.
How do I limit it to Day 1 only.

day 1. It returns Day 1 Day 11 Day 12 Day 13 etc.
How do I limit it to Day 1 only.

Click the "More" button in the Find dialog, check "Use wildcards", and then
in the Find box, search on

Day 1>

The > means "end of word", and will find this string if it is followed by a
space or punctuation, but not another digit.
