Find text and character

I am attempting to find all instances of /(text) so I can select all and
insert them into a column. The problem I am having is the find feature will
not allow me to search the document with the "find whole words only" option.
I would then like to insert all those instances into rows in a seperate
column, but want to try to do this without help first. Thank you in advance.

What version of Word are you using?
Can you be more specific of what you are trying to Find.
It looks like you are using Wildcards, and as you have noticed Find Whole
Words Only is not an option when in this mode.
If you give us more info on what you are searching for, there are other
possible options we can try without the Wildcards.
