Find Same Cell... Different Sheet???

I have created three sheets. Sheet 1 is "Day Shift Schedules", Sheet 2 is
"Swing Shift Schedules", and Sheet 3 is Grave Schedules. Each sheet has over
300 employees and the columns are over 1000 cells!

I need to find a way to quickly go from one sheet to another. For example
if I am on the Day Shift sheet in cell A-500 I would want to be able to
quickly find cell A-500 on the Swing Shift sheet or the Grave sheet.

The way it is now, I can quickly change to the correct sheet but I spend a
lot of time scrolling around to find the corresponding cells in the adjacent
sheets.

Is there a nifty trick to “keep your place†when moving from sheet to sheet?
I know I can select multiple sheets but this does not seem to be a good
answer because I will end up making unintended changes if I go that route.

To assign a shortcut key to Gary's Student's macro, go to Tools/Macro/Macros,
find the macro you need and click Options. You will then be able to add a
shortcut key as he described.

One shortcoming I noticed using my suggestion is it does not work if the
Selection_Change event never occurs. So if you open the workbook, then
switch to another sheet right away, it does not fire.
