How do I get find/replace to search inside a formula and
replace "+" with "," ?

I have a formula with 25 "+"'s It reads VALUE a lot and I
want to make it a sum calculation to get rid of the
VALUE. I can't get find/replace to change the + to ,

F11+I11+L11+O11+R11+U11+X11+AA11+AD11+AG11+AJ11+AM11+AP11+A
S11+AV11+AY11+BB11+BE11+BH11+BK11+BN11+BQ11+BT11+BW11+BZ11

I get a formla error message and find/replace won't
replace anything. Can I get Excel to do this?

make sure you have "Find entire cells only" unchecked.

I think your formula reads
=F11+I11+L11+O11+R11+U11...

Delete the "=" before doing find/replace
