find /replace within whole workbook and macro question

Is there any way to do a find/replace within the whole
workbook, instead of having to go to each sheet to do
this? Also is there anyway to update specific cells?

What if I had a master sheet that had links to other
sheets within the workbook that changes every quarter-
once one quarter is done, is there any way to clear all
the previous quarter's information and add a new column in
the master sheet for the current quarter's info linked to
the other worksheets?
