Find repeat?

Hi All,

I have 6 columns full of numbers such as this one:

Some of these columns repeat the numbers in them, for
example, somewhere in column 2 would be one of the
numbers in column one. I want to identify any numbers
that are repeated like this, across the columns. I have
tried conditional formating, and although this identifies
repeats visually, it does not give any kind of additional
output. I would like the number to comeback in another
column in the same row it was found to be repeated in.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!
