I use the FINDV, but i value i get is old ( the first on the vertical

try
=lookup(2,1/(typerange="TIRE CHANGE"),daterange)
and
=lookup(2,1/(typerange="TIRE CHANGE",kmrange)
for the date and milage for the tire change
Replace tire change with valvuline change and oil change

seems odd but should work
