find existing macros in 2007

I am having real problems trying to get used to Access 2007. I can't find
how to get a list of existing macros (queries, too) to be able to make
changes. I don't want to 'Create' new macros, just change current ones. Any
help? I have been scanning the help, and haven't found anything useful.

The left side of database window has a 'Navigation Pane'. Click on the >>
at the top to open. Click on the downward arrow to view other object types.

I didn't have the '>>' , since I didn't have a Navigation Pane. I found the
problem though, the Navigation Pane was not being shown, due to a lack of a
checkbox being flagged in Access Options. I had converted the db from 2003,
and it defaulted to that value for some reason. Now I have a Navigarion
Panel, and can see the macros, queries, reports, etc. This was driving me
nuts.
Thanks for the help anyway.
