find deleted email items after deleting them from deleted folder

I have deleted a sent item from the sent folder and have also emptied my
deleted folder. Is there any way i can retrieve this message
 
Have you closed Outlook since this happened? If not, then try this:

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, kirky asked:
