find dates for sunday and saturday of last week

Any one know how to find a given date for a Sunday or a Satruday in a given
week number?

Sunday: [YourDateField]-Weekday([YourDateField])+1

Saturday: [YourDateField]-Weekday([YourDateField])

WeekNumber: Format([YourDateField],"ww")
