How can I use VBA to locate cells that have their CF met and changed state?

This excellent article works fine for versions earlier than 12 but seems to
abort using version 12.

You have made the assumption the OP is using colors to indicate a
state change. What if the state change is from an empty cell to non
empty, True or False, etc.?

Sincerely,
Leith Ross

I think the OP wanted to examine all cells with conditional formatting and
examine if the conditional formatting was in effect - i.e. the conditions
were met and the conditional format formatting specified for that condition
are being displayed.
