Find computer administrator information

I am the only person using this computer yet it says I can't save a file to
the E drive on a disk. How do I make myself the administrator?
 
You will probably get this message if your E: drive is a CD or DVD
drive. Don't save directly to CD/DVD drives from Office applications.
Instead, save to your hard drive, close the file, and then use Windows
Explorer, My Computer, or your CD mastering software to copy files from
the hard drive to the CD.
