find and replace - replace data in rows to separated by commas

How to I find and replace when I need to take data that is in rows and move
it all into the first row, but separated by commas?
 
Show us a sample of your data in rows and what you want the finished product to
look like.

Doesn't sound like a find and replace operation to me, but I have misinterpreted
before now.
