Find and Replace Option in Microsoft Word

Guest

Greetings,

I'm looking for the function in Word that will revise a predefined value
with the new value and populate the entire document with the requested
change. For example, I have a value of "John Doe" that I want to replace with
"John Smith". After I change the name Word would search the requested
document and change "John Doe" to "John Smith" wherever the original name is
located.

I'm pretty sure this can be done but can't locate the function. Any help
would be appreciated.

Regards,
Bob
