find and replace in all docs

I can't figure out how to find and replace an address in
all my docs. I have approx 200 letters that have wrong
return address.

however, if you are saving your letters as a record of what has been posted,
then why are you changing the address in them? I would have thought that
merely changing your template for future letters would have been a more
appropriate action.
