Find and Replace cell

Find
Enter "!a*" or "!a?" depending on how many characters can be between a and " in
box
(See Excel Help for information on wildcards)
Enter "Good" in box by Replace
Click Replace all

Highlight the cells you wish to change, then do Edit > Replace >........and
follow the menu.............
