Find and replace and combine features in word

I wanted to be able to perform a find and replace on a number of word
documents in the same windows explorer frame. Is this possible? I also
wanted the ability to combine these word documents into one larger word
document without having to open each one and cut and paste into a new
document. Thank you in advance.

the Insert/File command will let you insert one Word document into another
one...
