Hi i have been trying to bold a text after finding severals of the same word
using the find option but am not sure if there's a way i can have all of the
instances of the word highlighted and get formatted at the same time. Any
ideas will be appreciated thanks.

1. In the Find and Replace dialog box (Ctrl+H), type the word you want to
find in the “Find what†field.

2. Click in the “Replace with†field and press Ctrl+B (the shortcut for Bold
– may differ depending on your language version of Word). Below the “Replace
field†you will now see that the text “Font: Bold†appears. Leave the text
field empty.

3. Click the “Replace All†button

Note: To clear the formatting information below a fields in the Find and
Replace dialog box, click the More button, then click the â€No Formattingâ€
button (or simply press Ctrl+Spacebar).
