To Tony Jollans,
This is a great tool that saved me a bunch of time thank you, but is there a
way to extract the data to a separate table or location?

If Tony is watching he may know what you are talking about, but no-one else
can help you if you post messages without reference to the subject matter.

My web site www.gmayor.com

I tend to use the following sequence.
Find (Ctrl+F), "[A-Z]{2,}" (without quotes), check the box "Highlight all
items found in: Main Document", check the box for Use Wildcards (under the
More button).
Find All. Click back to the document, Copy, go to new place, Paste.
This may Find items not required but at least I have noticed that I don't
miss any.

Hope this helps
