Find a word/phrase in an attachment

I have a lot o forwarded mails that means the message of interest appears as attachment
Can I search and find a word in such an attachemnt across all or one e-mail folder e.g. inbox
with the find function I find words in the name of the attachement but words which are part of the attached text are not found

No, you can't search for words which are in an attachment. You'll have to
save the attachments first and then you can use the Windows Search
functionality to search for a word inside a file.
