Find a record based on selected Combobox value Wizard?

I actually used to develop in MS Access many years ago (Access 95-97). So
I'm trying to add a combobox "drop down" menu that when you select a record,
the form will jump to the matching record. Easy huh?

So even after I follow the help files closely, how come this is not an
option or available (Access 2003) when I'm designing a form? The help files
clearly state to make sure the Wizard button is pressed down and then draw a
combobox on your form. Then ..."In the first wizard dialog box, click the
option to find a record based on the value you selected in the list box or
combo box.".

However this is not an option! The only 2 options I see is "I want the
combo box to look up values based on..." or "I want to type in...".

What am I doing wrong? Access 2003 and all Add-Ins is fully installed so
this Wizard should be available.

Thanks!

Evidently, you do not have a record source for this form, so the
wizard doesn't give you the 3rd option, as there is no record to
return if the form is not bound to a table/query.

Give the form a record source, then add the combo.
