Finally looking to move to Office 2007 - Help

What do I need to purchase for the following situation.
We have about 35 users who use Access only as data entry and viewing
information. Only one person modifies the Access DB's.

Can I purchase the following?
34 Office Standard 2007 (For Word, Excel and Outlook)
1 Office Professional 2007 ( Above plus capability to modify and deploy DB's)

I do believe anyone who is using Access in any way would need to have Access
installed, so you would need 35 copies of Office Pro

The runtime version of Access 2007 is a free download. Depending on your
situation, you might want to consider using the runtime version rather than
purchasing the full version for the users.
