Filzip features

This release is a bug fixing release,
new is only support for zip archives up to 4GB.
The translation is complete now
(see Explorer context menu extensions

Here's a list of some of the changes:

* fixed bug in shell extension when clicking
on a drive in explorer
* fixed bugs when adding files with full path
& without recursion
* support for zip archives up to 4GB
* fixed problem with file association
(jar&lha mixup)
* sorting via the menu does work now
* setup now removes shell extension dll after
reboot
* pressing enter in about box does not extract
and execute highlighted files anymore
* now files can be deleted via the tree view
* close all status windows (tar.gz creation)
* fixed bug when recursivly adding files
* translation problems (list columns in main window)
* unexpected behaviour when clicking close button in
extform (extracting)
* solved problem when adding many lines to the
RichEdit control
* bug in filzip 3.0 - no hidden files were added...

At the moment, there is only one installer availible,
which supports the 5 most often downloaded language files,
which are:
English, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese (Brazil).
More languages will follow the next days.
