Filtering

Hello

I have a form and with 954 records on and sometimes want to filter to
certain records,is there anyway when i found a record and want to filter
again to another,not have to shut the form down and go back into edit the 954
records and filter again

Hi Philip,

if your form is filtered, you can click the funnel in the toolbar to
remove the filter -- or from the menu -->
Records, Show All Records

btw, the funnel is a toggle -- so if you removed the filter and want the
last filter back again, you can click the funnel again ...

I'm not sure which version you are using, but you should notice that when
you apply a filter, you will see the "funnel" button depressed on the
toolbar. Click it again to remove the filter.
