Filtering Records. Help.

Excuse the newbee. I need to filter a view as: State='Active'.
Please advise.

Choose the By Account State view.

Then go to View, Arrange By, Current view, Customize Current view.

Click the Filter button.

Click the Advanced tab.

Click the Field button. Go to User Defined Fields in Folder. Choose the
Account State field.
In the next drop down choose Is (Exactly).
In the last box type Active.

Click OK until you're back to Outlook and BCM.
