filtering or limiting combo/list box from another combo/list box

I thought I had found out why I was getting the error. There is another
field called Service Procedure with its control source as Service Procedure.
This is where the code of the service selected goes. I deleted it from the
form and the error went away. But the Select List combo box is not
filtering. I then exited the form and came back in got the same Runtime
error again. So I guess that field wasn't the problem.
