Hi,

How can I write a filtering rule that would
check if the sender's address ends with a specific
domain and then do something with that message.
The poblem is that Outlook considers the sender's
display name as the address and not the actual email address.

Look for words in header.

Depending on your version of outlook, you can also type just the domain in
the address field of the rule and cancel it when it complains - it will
create a rule that works just on the domain.
