I am trying to send the same e-mail to several hundred contacts without having to pick each one from the address book, and I cannot figure out how to do it. I am using MSOffice 2003. Can anyone help?
Numerous choices:
1. Create a Distribution List
2. Use Categories to filter your Contact Folder into groups
3. Create separate Contacts subfolders to group your recipients
4. Select multiple Contacts in your Contacts Folder > Actions > New Message
to Contact
5. Use a mail merge to electronic mail.
