FilterExpression with sub-select

David

I have the following code to set a SqlDataSource FilterExpression and it is
giving me an error "Syntax error: Missing operand after 'CompanyID'
operator." Can anyone tell me what is wrong? I do have the operator IN.
Thanks.
David

SqlvwCompanyPick.FilterExpression = "[CompanyID] IN (SELECT CompanyID FROM
tblLinkStaffCompany WHERE (PersonID=@pid))"

Ah, that's not how a Filter expression works. It does not support a SELECT.
It looks more like a (simpler) WHERE clause.
