i want to know is there any facility in excel where i can use conditional
filter for example

rage
A:1 to C:40
in a column there are some value
in b column there are some value
but in column c diffrent remarks for example
1- this marks taken by romio
2- extra marks given by rajesh
3- failed by professor
..
..
..
4- pass by professor

now the question is
i want to put filter on column c and i want to know that is it posible to
pick the name from cell like "professor" instead of full remarks "pass or
fail by professor.
i want to pick with the help of filder profesor word is it posible

when in filters, choose text, that contains and enter Proffesor

i want to ask an other thing is there any shortcut key in excel to open the
filter arrow?
mean without using of mouse?
