Filter

I have a spreadsheet on a shared directory. A colleague has entered data
whilst it was filtered. This appears to have resulted in the data she
entered to only be found whilst filtered, and not from the full list. For
example, I think she filtered it on job title and then entered the name and
address. I can not only find the name and address on the filter if I filter
on the job title first, and can not find them on the filter if I do it from
the full worksheet. I hope this makes sense to someone. If there is any way
for resolving this I would be grateful.

I've never run into data that appears only when a list is filtered and, if
it's happening, I cannot explain it. But have you tried doing a Find on the
item with the list unfiltered?
