Hello -
I am building a call spreadsheet. I have 19,000 patients.
The patient phone numbers are sometimes duplicated
because more than one patient is linked to a phone number
since we are a family practice. Ex:
John Doe (999) 999-9999
Jane Doe (999) 999-9999
Jim Doe (999) 999-9999
I want my automated calling software to call only one
phone number in a family and not every patient. Since
this is an announcement, we don't use patient names, only
phone numbers. How can I filter my call spreadsheet so
that only one row exists with the phone number and not 3,
per the example above? It doesn't matter which patients
are filtered, as long as I have one row per number.
Thanks!
Steve B.
