filter on form

I know that the answer that I am looking for is probably too much for this
newsgroup. If anyone could recomend some web site or tutorial that might have
the answer to what I am trying to do I would appreciate it. I am trying to
create a form where I would be able to select 1 or more values from a list
box and have those values selected be the filter for some reports. I would
like to have 2 list boxes for 2 seperate criteria.
 
If you already *know* that it is too much for us why ask?
