Filter Lists

Hi All,

I was wondering if this can be done.

Is there a way I can have a drop down list with Country names in cell B10

eg USA, Ireland, Great Britain.

And then have another list in Cell D10 that would return information, we'll
say USA was selected in the first list the second list would only return
information such as states from America.And If Ireland was selected, the
second list would only return information about the Irish Counties and so on.

Any help you could give me would be great.
