Filter is Frozen - Shared file 03 & 07 users

I downgraded back to Office 03 after my pc failed to be able to opperate
version 07 however other members of my team still have Office 07. We've
continied sharing excel files & now one of them, only one of them, has a
filter that is frozen. The Auto filter option has grayed out & the little
arrows seem to exist but do nothing. Everything else seems to work.

Has anyone ever seen anything like this?

We have had similar problems. It seems to be connected with shared files,
where some shared users are operating Excel 2003 and others Excel 2007. We
have been unable to figure out a solution yet.
