Filter and Query Mismatch

When I do a filter in a table, I get 371 records but when I run a query
based on the same set of criteria I get 63 records. Does any one knows what
is going on here? This is a real problem and I can't figure out how to fix
it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Which is the correct answer? What are you filtering and when what are you
using to give you the filter?
