Filling out several documents at once

vhelp

I was wondering if there is a way to fill in several documents at once....
For example, if i have 10 different documents which start off as 'TO:<name>'
and all are to be addressed to a different person everyday...is there a way i
can get their name on all documents by just filling in a form or by just
typing the name on one...?Basically i don't want to go in and type same name
10 times on each document
thx for any help

Is this 10 similar documents to different people or 10 different documents
to the same person?
For the first you want mail merge -

http://www.gmayor.com/merge_labels_with_word_2007.htm
For the second you could either combine the documents into one large
document or you could create a macro with a user form to collate the common
information and enter it into each of the documents. See also
