filling out online forms

I assume this is a Windows function:

When filling out an online form using my old Windows 98,
upon typing in information I'd get a drop down list of
previously entered text that matched what I was typing.
My new XP does not do this. Can this function be
enable? Am I wrong about it being a Windows function?

Start > Control Panel > Internet Options > Content Tab >
Auto Complete > and enable 'user names' box

I believe it's the "Forms" box that needs to be checked not the "user names"
box.

It is part of IE, and can be set.
