Fill Colors Only Appear in Print Preview

When I select a cell(s) and fill them with color, I can't
see that they've been filled on my monitor. When I go to
print preview and when I actually print the sheet I see
the filled area. Anyone familiar with this bug? It's
driving me crazy. Thanks

If the high contrast setting is turned on you can't see the fill colour.

Hi Captain!

Start > Control Panel > Accessibility Options.
Click the Display tab,
Clear the Use High Contrast checkbox.
Click OK to close the Accessibility Options dialog box.
