Fill Cells Based On Cells In Another Sheet

Hey,

I'm trying to do something in Excel that is new for me. What I want to
do is the following:

When cell B1 changes:
1. Run the macro "clearhours"
2. Populate C5 and E5 with the information from O5 and P5
3. Populate B8 and C8 with the information from O8 and P8

I appreciate any help or direction!
 
Also I apologize for my title, you can ignore it. What I meant to say
but forgot to change was: Run Macro/Change Cells based on action (or
something close to that)
