You would want to send it as a single file. Is it a word document or image?

The easiest way ...
For a text document would be to copy and paste the second part onto the
end of your first page.

For an image (resume should be sent as text) open the file in Photoshop
(or similar program) and make one big image. Paint will work for this
too (JPG or BMP).

The impressive technical way ...
If the file is plain text I Know this will work. I do not know if it
will work with a MS Word formatted doc or not.

Open the command line

Navigate to location of your files.

Type what is in brackets [type page2.txt >> file page1.txt]

Substitute the page1.txt and page2.txt filenames with your filenames.
You actually need to type the word type in the command.

if it is typed you could scan it and use ocr software
