Is ther a way to make a foler ( just one ) that you need
a password to enter it. If so can you tell me how.
 
There are tools on the Net that can restrict Folder access .. a Net search will reveal those. Another possible solution, depnding upon your circumstances (i.e., how much security for the Folder you need) would be to Open Explorer. Click on menu item "Tools", then select "Folder Options" and select the "View" tab. Check to see if the "Do not show hidden files and folders" is checked. When you want to use the hidden folder, repeat the process and check the "Show hidden files and folders".
