Files - Transfer settings wizard not working

I am using the File-Settings transfer wizard, I generate the files on the
old computer and save the folder on the new computers hard drive (I also
saved it to a network drive, but got the same result) when I run the wizard
on the new computer I tell it where the folder is, it sees it, but I get a
error that the folder contains no information. I am looking at it and it
does IMG00001.DAT, and STATUS. Both contain information.

Anyone have any idea wht the problem is? I have never had this problem with
the transfer wizard before...
