Files & Settings Transfer Wizard

Using the Transfer Wizard, will I be able to move everything , or just items
that were added in by self ?
Would like to transfer from a: HP Pavillion XT963 to HP Pavillion 7905 (of
which lost alot of the programs that was shipped with it).
The only thing I'm clear about is the 9 pin Serial connector.
Thanks for any help in this matter.
 
FTW saves whatever you'd like it to except OS files.Youre best bet,install
xp cd,
open the FTW from the xp cd,in the wizard,select data for it to save,save in
a new folder that you create,once the data is finished,move to a cd.In new
computer,open FTW from cd,also,set the wizard to "old computer" when saving.
