disc wasn't ready so i decided to leave it till later. my question is; where
are the music files now? how do i locate them? i have tried a search to no
avail, i have tried windows explorer, again to no avail, where does windows

If these files still exist in the computer, they would be
held in temporary storage, such as the Temp or Temporary
folder. Alternate locations may be the root folder or the
"hold" folder for the burning application. The problem with
moving versus copying to removable media has been visited
here. Next time, copy.

the folder for storing these files is "C:\Documents and Settings\Ayush\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\CD Burning".
If you move the files by "Send to" command or Copy/paste method, the files
should appear when you double click your drive.
